The first step in the admissions process is to schedule a visit to our school. This visit is an opportunity for you to explore the Maple Bear environment, meet our team, and gain a deeper understanding of our curriculum and teaching approach. During the visit, you will have the chance to ask questions and get a feel for daily life at Maple Bear School. To schedule a visit, please complete the form below.
The next step is for your child to visit our school. Children applying to Grade 0 and Grade 1 are invited to a shorter introductory session led by our teachers, while older students attend a trial day alongside current students.
Our team will observe your child’s learning approach, language abilities and social skills to help ensure a smooth transition should they join Maple Bear School. Older students may also be given brief tasks in Bulgarian, Math, or English to better understand their academic background. The trial day also offers them a chance to get a true feel for school life and share their own impressions, helping ensure a good mutual fit.
Once the previous steps have been completed, our admissions team will review the application. You will be notified promptly regarding the admission decision. If approved, the final step will be to complete our enrollment form, submit the required documents and prepare for your child’s first day at Maple Bear School.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to meet and talk to our dedicated teaching team, explore the school facilities, and receive detailed information about admissions and the educational experience at Maple Bear Sofia.
An information session with our Assistant Principal, Chloe Fisher, will take place at 11:30 AM, followed by a short tour of the building (total duration: approximately 30 minutes).

Yes, a 5% sibling discount is offered for the second child enrolled, and a 10% discount applies to the third child enrolled at Maple Bear School. Discounts for any additional children are discussed individually.
Our Boyana location serves students from Preschool (Grade 0) to Grade 4 and offers a smaller, cozier setting ideal for younger children. The Kambanite location accommodates students from Preschool through Grade 7 and provides a larger space to support a wider range of activities and age groups.
No, uniforms are not included. Uniforms can be purchased separately through the Maple Bear CEE online store.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Extracurricular activities are offered at an additional cost, which differs depending on the activity.
Meal plans are not included in the tuition fees and come at an additional cost. Students also have the option to bring their own lunch.
If payments are not made by the due date, a late fee may be charged. Continued non-payment could impact a student’s enrollment. Please contact our finance office if you need to discuss payment arrangements.
